The Lake of Como 26-27-28 May

In the shadow of the snow-covered Rhaetian Alps, Lago di Como (also known as Lago Lario) is the most spectacular of the lakes. Shaped like an upside-down letter Y, measuring 120km all up, its squiggly shoreline is scattered with villages, including exquisite Bellagio, in the centre of the inverted V on the lake’s southern shore. Where the southern and western shores converge is the lake’s main town, Como. Lecco, the other large town on the lake, sits where the southern shore meets the lesser-explored eastern shore.

Lombard kings once took refuge from invaders on Isola Comacina, the sole island in this beguiling 146-sq-km body of water.

CINQUE TERRE
Strung along 18km of pictoresque cliffs on the easterm Ligurian Sea , the Cinque Terre is one of Italy’s treasures. These five higgledy-piggledy villages – Monterosso, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola and Riomaggiore – are cut off by mountains choked with olive groves and dry-stone-walled vineyards, where farmers have eked out a living over the centuries. Dugi Otok

perhaps the most beautiful island? the interior is enclosed in a channel full of islands and bays, north and south sides really create two natural unique big bays while the sea side offers one of the most intense kayaking spot: diverse and remote, secluded beaches, hidden coves, caves and Croatia's most beautiful reefs.

Alternative itinerary are Bosa - Stintino at west and Orosei - Arbatax at East, depending the wheather condition.

Asinara
A remote island, wild and naturally preserved. Isolated beaches and outstanding landscapes make this itinerary the perfect choice for the kayaker that love the wilderness, the solitude and the magnificient of the sea.

Albania & Greece

Albania and Kerkyra are a beauty for paddling. Wild, remote and fascinating spot as the old village of Butrint, Sarande and part of Kerkyra.

This is the itinerary we preview. Start at Igoumenitza. Go north to Albania. Visit Butrnit, Sarande. Go down to Kerkyra. Visit the north coast. Go back with the ferry to Igoumenitza.

We are excited to scout this fascinating area of the world in the middle of the winter.

Will be an adventure expedition, good paddling action, wonderful scenary and interesting villages, plenty of time to read and think about.

Time to visit historical places.
